Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Great food & nice atmosphere. We were seated on the covered outdoor area & it was great people watching.
Many choices for lactose-intolerants, like myself. I had the short ribs & they were very tender, cooked on the bone, so very tasty, & there were plenty vegetables, something rare at fine restaurants. My husband had the seafood knochi which he said was delicious.
