Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Our meal was amazing! From the beautiful, colourful presentations of each plate, to the very generous portions, to the unusual combinations, we enjoyed every bite! The smoked trout & smoked salmon were some of the best we've ever had. It was obvious that a lot of thought had gone into the planning of each part of our meal. Bravo!

Belle surprise ! Le menu «Québec exquis» était servi même pour le brunch du dimanche & il était délicieux. La rue piétonnière en face du restaurant y donne aussi beaucoup d'ambiance.

Un des meilleurs restaurants de Québec, sans aucun doute. La cuisine est élaborée, fine & très bien présentée. Le choix des vins excellent. Le service très bon. Aucune critique à faire sinon le fait que la salle soit très bruyante. La terrasse doit être particulièrement agréable en été.
