The table is set for Scalded the French bistro hippest part of Quebec. Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . L'Échaudé is a neighborhood bistro atmosphere, a comfortable dining room or, alternatively, a terrace service on pedestrian street.

Service très moyen, serveuse non souriante qui nous a catalogué français = pas de tip. Très décevant & non professionnel.
Les entrées étaient à la hauteur de nos attentes, très bonnes & goûteuses. Cependant, un des plats principaux n'était pas bon, le saumon n'avait pas de goût & n'était pas suffisamment cuit, même après avoir demandé une nouvelle cuisson.

We had a fantastic time at L'échaudé for our one year wedding anniversary dinner. We ordered the Salmon Tartare & Beef Flank - Both were delicious. Service was impeccable & the ambience was just what we were looking for. We will definitely be back! Thank you for such a memorable evening.
