Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . J'ai commandé des gnocchis & il y en avait 9 dans mon assiette. Je n'ai pas une grosse appétit mais j'avais faim en sortant du restaurant. C'était délicieux mais beaucoup trop petit comme assiette. J'ai avisé le serveur qui a dit qu'il en parlerait au chef & le serveur est venu me voir à la fin du repas & m'a dit que le chef réévaluerait ses portions pour ses prochains clients...j'avoue que ça m'a insultée....

J'ai apprécié particulièrement le fait qu'on puisse s'entendre & converser normalement entre voisins de table, même si le resto était presque complet.
Merci de nous procurer un espace calme, contrairement à beaucoup trop de restos qui sont de véritables enfers de réverbérations sonores.
