The table is set for Scalded the French bistro hippest part of Quebec. Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . L'Échaudé is a neighborhood bistro atmosphere, a comfortable dining room or, alternatively, a terrace service on pedestrian street.

Le service a été correct. On était 8 à la table & j'ai un de mes clients qu'on avait oublié du lui apportez son entré & par la suite on a oublié son repas principal. Mon client a dû attendre au moins 5 minutes avant d'être servi.

Mon médaillon de lotte contenait une boule de chair dure que je ne pouvais ni couper ni manger. Mon entrée (la morue fumée) était très bonne & les autres plats étaient bons, au dire de mes amies.

Pour le sans gluten, mon conjoint a eu une petite rôtie avec son assiette brunch alors que moi, j'ai eu une rôtie & deux craquelins pour manger avec la terrine. Ce serait bien d'offrir aussi un craquelin sans gluten. Nous avons adoré notre repas, tout était absolument délicieux.

We adore this restaurant. It's a little piece of Paris in north America. We have been going here to celebrate America Thanksgiving since 2009. Very high quality n intimate.
