Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . J'avais choisi l'agneau. Il y avait beaucoup de gras & peu de chair J'ai été déçue de mon choix.
Par contre le tartare de saumon de mon invité lui a plu.

Nous avons été déçus de la qualité de la nourriture. Mon mari avait choisi pétoncles & boudin en entrée mais c'était décevant. Très peu de boudin, que quelques miettes & en plus c'était froid. De mon côté, j'avais choisi les huîtres, très bonnes en entrée & le porc en plat principal. Pas mauvais mais trop cher. Désolée, mais je crois que toutes critiques peu s'avérer constructives.
