Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . À notre arrivée à 16.55hres nous avons été reçus par une jeune fille qui nous a ordonné de retourner dans le portique ou d'aller à l'extérieur car le restaurant n'acceptait la clientèle qu'à compter de 17.00hres.
Je me rappelais les mots de Bocuse : recevoir un client à sa table ,c'est prendre soin de son bonheur!

My friend & I had a delicious meal, & what could have been a perfect evening. Unfortunately, our waiter clearly took a dislike to us for some unknown reason, truly he approached our table with an attitude. He was unwelcoming, unfriendly, arrogant. He tossed the wine list onto the table with no explanation- although an explanation might not normally have been needed, the iPad was not on the correct page, & he seemed annoyed with us when we told him. Our warm appetizer appeared (delivered by a very nice person) well before our glasses of wine. We chose not to let this ruin our meal, as I have said the food was excellent. But given a choice between this restaurant & another of equal quality, this experience would give me pause.

The only reason for a less than stellar rating was the great disappointment of no blood pudding. We specifically went there for that dish after savoring it a couple of times.
