Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . The corn chowder was over salted. Beef tartare was excellent. Dessert was awful (3 bite... sorbet, citrus cake & chocolate mousse, the cake & mousse part of dessert was like something out of the grocery store freezer).

Service was excellent. Food was OK, not great. Wagyu beef dish was chewy with a fair amount of gristle. Both the beef & salmon tartare appetizers were superb!

Nous étions cinq & avions pris soin de faire une réservation plus de sept semaines auparavant. Malheureusement on nous a mis à la pire table du restaurant juste devant la cuisine! À quoi sert de réserver? Nous avons dû parler à deux personnes pour finalement obtenir une meilleure table (le premier maître d' n'était pas du tout ouvert á notre demande). Par contre le repas a été excellent & le service aussi. Pourquoi n'avez-vous pas un site de commentaires en français? N'êtes-vous intéressés qu'aux commentaires des touristes étrangers?

We very much enjoyed our meal. The food & service were top notch. The wine we had was from a winery in Bordeaux that we actually stayed at last year. Overall excellent.
