Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . My wife & I dined in this restaurant. My wife had a great meal. She had the fillet & it was very good. I had the special, the bass fish. The sauce overwhelmed it. The vegetable, Iparsnips, was so hard I could not cut it with a knife. It was a much too heavy sauce for the bass. Don't think I would eat here again. Service was fine.

Pas mauvais, mais pas à la hauteur de ce qu'ils servaient il y a 5-6 ans. Des coupes de vin minuscules pour le vin au verre, l'impression que j'arrive à faire autant chez moi (avec une présentation moins professionnelle quand même), des ris de veau accompagnés uniquement de quelques petits pois, sans féculent ou autres légumes. Pour le prix payé, c'est une déception pour nous.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at your restaurant. All of the staff were so friendly & helpful & the food was excellent. We have been travelling for almost two weeks now & we have rated our dinner with you as the number one of all the meals we have had!! Please keep up the good work & we will be back when next we come to Quebec.

Antoine was our main waiter 10/1
We returned 10/2 & Alex was our main waiter. You should be very proud of these two gentlemen.
We really enjoyed meeting them as we were visiting from Buffalo, NY
.....Although I am Canadian & my husband is British.

Nourriture savoureuse, goûts recherchés. Service excellent !
Très bon rapport qualité par contre pourrait bénéficier d'une carte de vin incluant aussi des vins un peu plus abordable. Avons pris assiette de pétoncles & canard, sublime!

Bouillon de boeuf en entrée, très très "fade" pas de goût & les plats principaux : le canard & la caille, correct sans plus, on cuisine mieux que ça à la maison....ce restaurant est très surfait, dommage.....
