Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . en raison d'allergies alimentaires pour 2 des personnes à notre table, le serveur a consenti à faire tous les changements pour répondre à nos besoins. Le serveur n'a pas hésité à consentir à tous les changements que nous voulions au menu. Nous avons même partagé un plat principal en entrée. Seul bémol, l'eau plate avait un arrière goût pas très agréable. Nous avons adoré l'expérience.

Visited with wife, food & service was amazing! Cheff need to improve on duck dish since is good but not at same level exceptional of all other dishes & desserts, recomend tartine & creme brule but plate of the day (cod fish picture) was amazing. Service impecable..

The veal for dinner was ridiculously small for a $42, & when my husband told that to the server, the server answered that my husband had a great appetite! Without thinking of bringing something else, it just was my husband's fault.
We will never going back to this restaurant.
