Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Le menu a beaucoup de variété, mais pas trop chargé. Le service a été impeccable & très rapide. Le serveur était courtois & amusant. Nous avons mangé un tartare de saumon & de boeuf, ils étaient excellents, tout comme les accompagnements. Seul bémol, le restaurant est petit alors on se sent un peu à l'étroit, mais il ne faut pas s'empêcher d'y aller pour autant.

J'ai reçu une bavette bien cuite alors que je l'avais commandée saignante, de plus le morceau était vraiment très petit & mince, vraiment je n'ai jamais vu ça chez vous. Le service était ok mais je m'y suis pris à 3 reprises pour obtenir mon coupon de stationnement

C'est dommage, le service à l'Échaudé est très mauvais. Ça a bien changé l'Échaudé ! On a commandé notre vin & 30 minutes plus tard ... on nous l'a apporté. C'est inacceptable.

J'ai commandé la morue d'Islande! Elle était bien, mais que 2 très petits morceaux, maximum 3 onces en tout ! Je n'apprécie pas avoir encore faim après un repas au resto. Déception à ce niveau. Les desserts sont EXCELLENTS!
