Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Pour avoir souvent fréquenté ce restaurant pendant une vingtaine d'années a chaque arrêt à Québec, mais pas depuis ma retraite, il y a maintenant 5 ans, j'y ai retrouvé l'accueil, le service & la qualité d'avant. Je vais penser à revenir à Québec plus souvent.

Very good food, the best scallop dish we have had in a long time, perfectly cooked, looked good too with nice caramelisation to the scallops, good number too.
Wine by the glass was good.
Good value too for a tourist area.
