Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Our meals were excellent!
Our waitress, Cindy was excellent. She was very welcoming & professional. Her service was very, very good.

Our first visit to Quebec in a decade, & this restaurant continues to excite us, & remains our favorite in the city. Wonderful fresh oysters, the best duck confit of all time, crispy skin arctic char, & a miraculous dessert named "the perfect bite." From the fine French-dominated wine list, we selected the Morgan from Louis Claude Desvignes. Perfect fit for both the duck & the fish. Friendly, helpful, unhurried service. Pleasant ambiance & outdoor tables for nice weather. We will return.
