Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . We sat at the bar & talked to Alexis. He was amazing! He made us the Floral cocktail which was his creation, & also recommended the beef tartare & warm goat cheese 😋 We enjoyed our dinner & great convo.

Attire par la recommandation Michelin2025 . Nous avons trouvé la nourriture bonne mais sans plus. Portions tres petites mais ça c'était inscrit dans le menu il faut prendre 3 4 plat pour etre rassasié... nous aurions dû faire plus attention. Donc pour nous rapport qualité prix pas bon. Ambiance correcte pas bruyante. Service pas très avenant.

Un peu pretentieux, surtout si vous venez en vetement de'vacances'. une huitre complement pourrie sur 6, les 5 autres etaient excellente, la minionette est delicieuse, la nouritture(plat principal) etait très bien. Le café noir etait incroyablement bon.

Popular place in Old Quebec City & supported by its local community. Varied menu with options for many palates. Appetizer / entrees are combined as one menu. Panacota, steak tartare & duck confit were definitely the highlights of the meal. Not crazy about the goat cheese & fois gras. Would definitely go back if in the area.

Food was great, servers very kind but this place can get very busy & they seemed under staffed.. i recommend eating here but just make sure you ask how busy they are as our dinner took a couple hours. No apologies either for missing items & the delay

The food was very good with great presentation however it felt like we were neglected for a large portion of our meal which wasn't fair.. We ordered a beef tartare which took over 1hr to come which isn't really acceptable, I've been to many french restaurants & bistros & it never takes this long to prepare a beef tartare along with some small dishes. If you are considering eating here, please ensure that you leave well over two hours to sit down here because things will be very slow.

The food was very good. There was no complaints about that. However, the service would need to improve.
