Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Beautiful menu with extensive wine list. The ambiance is great & the restaurant is not overcharged with tables which give the customer sufficient space.
Attentive welcoming staff. Serving staff lost a bit of continuity towards the end but it does not take anything away from the beautiful evening we had.

We had an enjoyable dinner with friends. The service was attentive & helpful. The charcuterie plate appetizer was nice for sampling with four people. The duck confit was excellent, & ample in portion size. The rabbit dish was unusual - the meat was very, very soft - maybe cooked via the sous vide method (?) - so not to everyone's taste - but the accompanying carrots were delicious. The salmon tartare was also excellent. The wine list was extensive. We would be happy to dine there again on our next trip to Quebec City.
