Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Superb food! Stuffed polenta was light & nuanced. The server was helpful, kind & attentive, the atmosphere was humming but never loud, lighting was just right, neither too bright or dim. A rare gem, I will return.
