Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Excellent du début à la fin. Un service impeccable & courtois. Un tartare de saumon qui sort de l'ordinaire par sa fraîcheur. Un boudin noir qui sort lui aussi de l'ordinaire par sa finesse & sa tendreté. À manger à la fourchette. Probablement le meilleur que j'ai jamais mangé

We go to this restaurant every time we're in Quebec City. It's usually wonderful. Unfortunately last evening the service was not great & the food disappointing. We will go back as it's usually great.
