Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. We were not able to order the wine that we wanted as it was not in stock.
We were incorrectly charged for 2 appetizers at $17 each. They were supposed to be included with our package from the Le Germain Hotel.

The service was very perfunctory, verging on rude. At the bar I ordered a drink & was told they only had a different version of the scotch so it was 10 dollars more. No apologies, no suggestions for alternatives. There were fruit flies buzzing around everywhere. At dinner the see ice continued to be very aloof. My wine had significant sediment at the bottom of the glass. The food was decent, but not out of this world.
