Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . L'Echaude has a lovely dining room. I enjoyed oysters, lamb, & tiramisu. Service was friendly but correct. Olny negative: the last sip of red wine was full of sediment. Very unpleasant; should not have served it this way.

Très déçue du service & de la qualité du repas. L'Échaudé avait la réputation d'être un des meilleurs restaurants à Québec. Je suis désolée de constater que ce n'est plus le cas.

Menu pas très varié, la serveuse était toujours pressée lorsque nous avions des questions à poser, le contenu dans l'assiette était franchement très pauvre. Les portes des toilettes disposées à côté de notre table grinçait & c'était pénible. Nous n'y retournerons pas.
