The table is set for Scalded the French bistro hippest part of Quebec. Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . We had a spectacular lunch at L'Echaude! They have a lovely lunch menu & include an appetizer with the price of your main selection. Lovely wine offerings at lunch too!

Toujours aussi excellent! Maintenant même mes petits-enfants sont d'accord! Ils ont adoré l'assiette brunch pour enfants ainsi que les Shirley Temple. Un autre merveilleux moment en famille à L'Echaudé. P.S. Oui! Les trois adultes se sont aussi régalé. Service toujours aussi charmant & efficace.

Expérience décevante; on nous a d'abord servi de l'eau tiède qui était probablement restée sur la terrasse un certain temps, mais bon, ce n'est que de l'eau. La suite n'est guère mieux. Le contre-filet servi à mon conjoint est caoutchouteux, & sans saveur. Mon tartare de boeuf, que j'ai demandé bien relevé, ne l'est pas. Il y a des morceaux de boeuf très grossiers difficiles à mastiquer. Mes frites sont tièdes...donc, repas on ne peut plus décevant. Seul point positif, le serveur est sympathique & conscient de notre déception. Il a compensé notre insatisfaction en nous offrant le dessert gratuitement. Ces derniers étaient bons.
