The table is set for Scalded the French bistro hippest part of Quebec. Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Lechaude - is a decent restaurant with good food. We ordered the goat cheese & sun dried tomato appetizer & it was very tasty. We also ordered a GIN+Cranberry juice cocktail & it was not good. It was basically diluted Cranberry juice. The Veg entree was good, I had the fish of the day -Mahi Mahi. The dish was tasty & with a decent presentation however the fish was overcooked & dry. Overall dining experience was fair reason for 3 stars

Très bon service. Très bonne nourriture. Par contre les portions de l'entrée & du filet de porc trop petites. A peine une cuillerée à soupe de sauce sur le filet de porc. Sauf pour la portion de bavette de boeuf..
