Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Accueil plutôt niais, tentative de prononcer nos noms à l'anglaise alors que nettement francophones. On est au Québec & dans la Capitale nationale, insultant de se faire recevoir de la sorte...

Service à la table courtois & avenant.

Les entrées de bouillon de homard & de accras de homard étaient tièdes & bonnes mais sans trop de saveur...

Les plats principaux furent plus à la hauteur, boeuf cuit sur demande , bon doré, bons légumes & bonne quantité. La sauce de truite fumée qui accompagnait le doré aurait gagné à être liée à la crème plutôt qu'au féculent.

Le vin au verre n'est pas servi à la table directement de la bouteille......le vin blanc n'était pas assez froid.
