Had lunch here as part of a bus tour group in June. Enjoyed the video shown before the meal about the farm & process. Overall the meal was not my style but I would rate the maple ham & crepe as my favorite dishes.

Beware that not all maple products in the gift shop is from the farm. I bought the maple leaf shaped lollipop that was on display at the cash register & upon careful inspection after purchase, it was actually produced by a company called Heart Industries based in Markham, ON.

I also bought one of the small glass bottles of maple syrup (50ml) & was disappointed to find that it did leak a little bit when I got home. The cap was a little loose & there was no seal or small piece of paper under the cap to prevent such leaks. Tiny detail that would have made a big difference.

La nourriture est très bonne & à volonté. Le service est rapide & cordiale. La musique est un peu forte & on a de la difficulté à se parler.

Très belle cabane a sucre. Je vous recommande d'aller goûté la poutine a l'érable. Elle est vraiment bonne. Nous avons eu un excellent service & nous avons apprécié la petite boutique. Plein de beaux produits maison.

Wow! J'ai été très agréablement surpris de la qualité du service & de l'accueil que j'ai reçu aujourd'hui.

Les plats étaient bons, chauds, rapidement servis & desservis, & tout cela dans le sourire !

L'animation était bien calibrée, la musique juste assez forte & entraînante, & quelle bonne idée de montrer aux jeunes l'enseignement des cuillères - un patrimoine, ça se partage, & l'Érablière du Cap l'a compris.

Au plaisir de se revoir l'an prochain!

Le service est très rapide, l'ambiance est très traditionnel avec un côté festif.
