A hidden gem of quebec. This sushi restaurant might be the BEST in the capitale nationale area. I have dined here several times & have also taken out. Each time the food was delicious & the fish quality is exceptional. I have yet to find another sushi restaurant in the region that even comes close to this place. The sushi they make is more traditional & skips all of the sauces. This approach is very difficult to manage as you must have excellent quality of fish & ingredients.
Service:
The service is very friendly. This place is a family owned business. The family is inviting, caring, & dedicated to their craft. On all of the occasions I have dined here the service was very good, the servers are attentive, polite, & well put together. The food does take longer than your typical sushi place, but one must remember that what you're eating at this place isn't just food, it's ART. Worth the wait.
Food:
EXCELLENT! Presentation, quality, taste all fit the bill at this place. The portions which are a little smaller than you would expect are easily made up for in the quality of the food. The fish is delectable, fresh, & expertly prepared. The rice is cooked to absolute perfection, even the temperature, which should be slightly cool, was perfect. The ingredients used are all fresh, traditional, & of the best quality. I have never been disappointed by this place & will continue to eat here & bring people.
Ambiance:
The restaurant is very clean. It's so clean that the first time I went there, I actually talked about the cleanliness of the washroom after we left. The seating gives you generous space from other tables & the atmosphere is quiet & relaxing. The location itself has amole parking & it's pretty central to the Lévis area.
Value:
The food is on the pricier side. 2 people will run at about $100. In the past, 4 of us easily ran a bill of $300+. Even with the higher price, I still consider this restaurant an incredible value as it's exceedingly rare to find such high quality sushi in the province of Quebec at this price point. Plus, there are still affordable items on this menu.
I will continue to frequent this restaurant & will bring people with me as I think it's one to be shared!
Delicious sushi in the heart of Levis. After a long day of exploring old Quebec City, we decided to order take out & really enjoyed the sushi! Keep in mind that wait times are usually an hour, so order early! Favorite rolls: Alaska, Caterpillar, Kaizen Tempera, & Rainbow. Order an extra roll or two if you're really hungry. You'll thank me later ;)

Mais le service est franchement inacceptable. Après une petite entrée reçue rapidement, on a attendu une éternité pour le reste. Pendant ce temps, les commandes pour emporter sortaient à une vitesse impressionnante, alors que nous, en salle, on stagnait. Très peu de gens qui mangeaient sur place.
On s'est fait débarrasser après l'entrée… sans jamais recevoir les sushis. Il a fallu menacer de quitter pour que notre commande commence enfin à se préparer.
Très décevant. La nourriture est là, mais l'expérience en salle est complètement à revoir.
Les sushis sont bons. Le gérant insulte ouvertement les clients, les employés, des propos racistes, grossophobes etc... Je déconseille fortement. Le personnel de cuisine s'insulte régulièrement en plein service, je trouve ça déplorable.

Après une excellente expérience sur place, nous avons testé la commande à emporter : la qualité est tout aussi impressionnante. La fraîcheur du poisson n'a absolument rien à voir avec ce qu'on trouve ailleurs. Notre assortiment incluaient même de généreux morceaux de tataki de thon.
C'est terminé pour moi les chaînes de sushis ; ici, on a affaire à de vrais pros. Une adresse incontournable ! »
