I was told their beers were great, but I was not at all impressed. One IPA was quite off (sulphur taste) which I couldn't finish a 5oz sample, it nearly made me feel ill. The service was abysmal. We would have ordered food if anyone had bothered to ask. I had to stand & stare at the staff for several minutes until we finally got to ask for our bill.

The outside patio is just perfect on s warm night. The beers were excellent as well. IPA guy & was surprised by all the really tasty micro brew IPA's in Quebec City, & Griedel had some of the best. Service was wonderful & servers very friendly. Would absolutely visit again. Edited for additional info from owner - On a bit of a side note, my wife was able to see into the parking lot where the dumpster is & saw at least 4 different couples come out with various food items that the restaurant must have thrown out. Bag of oranges, onions etc. Turns out this was the supermarkets dumpster not the restaurants, still sad to see. I apologize for making assumptions, & I am so glad the owners took the time to clear up this misunderstanding. This is an outstanding establishment & I wish you the best of luck & success in your new location & look forward to visiting again.
