Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre soirée dans cette super microbrasserie. La bière était fabuleuse - j'ai eu les 2 du Grand Champs IPA qui étaient excellents! Ma femme avait un bon pinot noir. Pour le dîner, j'ai eu le Griendel Burger & ma femme avait le sandwich Reuben, & les deux étaient très bons. Pour le dessert, nous avons tous les deux eu le brownie au chocolat qui, selon nous, était le meilleur que nous ayons jamais mangé. La facture s'élevait à 140 $, ce qui comprenait un pourboire de 20 %. Tout à fait une belle expérience!

Ça faisait longtemps que nous n'étions pas allés. Nous avons bien mangé, ça m'a réconcilié avec d'anciennes expériences (avant la pandémie) où la nourriture était moins à la hauteur. Nous avons mangé différentes entrées (carpaccio de betteraves, gravlax, crevettes popcorn) alors que nos amis y sont allés pour un menu plus pub (ailes & burger). C'était délicieux de notre côté & correct, sans plus, côté burger. Jamais déçus côté bières, & bravo pour l'ajout de panneaux insonorisants, c'était beaucoup plus agréable pour s'entendre parler. Belle soirée!

Les bières brassées sur place sont bonnes & le choix est large. Le service est bien sympa. Par contre, si on le lit pas bien le menu, on peut se retrouver avec un plat de Fish sans Chips ou encore un burger tout nu dans son assiette. En effet, les accompagnants (side dishes), tels que frites ou salades, sont vendus séparément.
