Vaste choix de bières de très bonne facture. Parmi les bonnes microbrasseries de Québec. MÀJ suite à leur déménagement : leurs nouveaux locaux (l'ancien Cochon Dingue) sont magnifiques, plusieurs sections avec des ambiances différentes, vaste jardin d'hiver & une terrasse in-cro-ya-ble. Le service est toujours sympathique & diligent, la cuisine est toujours bonne, dans le créneau bistronomique, ou gastropub (quoique, la "mayonnaise" qu'on nous a servie était étonnamment liquide & goûtait... pas la mayo), & les bières sont toujours à la hauteur.

The outside patio is just perfect on s warm night. The beers were excellent as well. IPA guy & was surprised by all the really tasty micro brew IPA's in Quebec City, & Griedel had some of the best. Service was wonderful & servers very friendly. Would absolutely visit again. Edited for additional info from owner - On a bit of a side note, my wife was able to see into the parking lot where the dumpster is & saw at least 4 different couples come out with various food items that the restaurant must have thrown out. Bag of oranges, onions etc. Turns out this was the supermarkets dumpster not the restaurants, still sad to see. I apologize for making assumptions, & I am so glad the owners took the time to clear up this misunderstanding. This is an outstanding establishment & I wish you the best of luck & success in your new location & look forward to visiting again.
