Belle surprise de trouver une authentique microbrasserie artisanale dans les anciens locaux du Cochon Dingue sur le boulevard René-Lévesque. On a qu'à se souvenir de la superbe terrasse, une des plus jolies de la ville de Québec, pour se convaincre d'y faire un tour. & bien, la terrasse (chauffée) offre de nombreuses places & le confort d'antan, rien n'a changé, c'est fantastique. Le choix de bières répond à tout les goûts, de la IPA à la'cream ale' de type Kilkenny en passant par la sûre aux framboises...on y trouve de la bière'session', de la West Coast IPA etc...
Je recommande fortement cet endroit, pour l'endroit, la terrasse, le grand choix de bières ainsi que son menu bistro.

J'ai toujours aimé cette microbrasserie. Cependant la dernière fois (08-08-2025 en soirée) la nourriture était exécrable. Nous avons commandé 3 smash burgers : pains extrêment sec & brulés, mini-boulettes non-applatie (en forme de petite boule) & frites mollasses. Nous avons mentionné au serveur qui nous a remercié pour le commentaire... Sinon la bière est toujours exellente.

Belle place, nous étions en terrasse.
Notre serveur était à l'écoute & absolument génial.
La terrasse est derrière, quand même grande, bien couverte.
Je dirais que la cuisine manque un peu d'amour. C'était bon, mais il manquait un petit quelque chose.
