This was our first brunch on the Saturday after we arrived & the restaurant was hopping. It was such a vibrant & friendly place. The food was fantastic. & it was so great that we actually went back again on a weekday that was equally great. Absolutely recommend.
Ayant pris le gros plateau brunch, belle présentation, très belle effort pour offrir de.la différences, à mon goût, le jambon est sec & pas tendre, moi j'aime pas la moutardes & j'adore les cretons, donc j'ai pas apprécié les cretons qui baignent dans la moutardes, fève au lard différente avec de.la viande je crois, mais niveaux goût ,peut-être améliorer, concernant la présentation, c'est super le plateau métallique avec séparation, par contre çà refroidi rapidement.

Quebec style brunch restaurant. I liked the omelette-Grandma's, which had smoked cheddar, green onion, & mushroom inside, toast, & wedge. Like its name, it was simple & ordinary, but good also. As for Shepherd's pie, because I don't eat beef, I only tried the smashed potatoes. My friend said it was delicious but it couldn't have too much. The environment was so retro. Having a meal inside was soooo cool! Suggest to make a reservation because it is very popular.
J'ai vraiment été agréablement surprise par La Bûche! J'étais déjà venue en 2021, mais cette fois ci, j'ai vraiment eu un « Wow » tant par le brunch que par le service excellent de l'équipe! Mon conjoint a pris le poulet croustillant avec la gaufre & j'ai pris l'assiette de la cabane & j'ai qu'une hâte, c'est de réitérer l'expérience prochainement! Un gros bravo à la cuisine & au service!

The host was (understandably) a bit behind in getting us seated due to the massive crowd, but he was very kind & apologetic, & our server gave us complimentary mimosas, which we didn't expect but truly appreciated! Their customer service is impeccable, & the food was great. Everything came out in a timely manner, which was amazing, given how busy they were. I highly recommend this brunch spot & would love to go back again myself!

Désolé que l'on soit obligé de télécharger le menu en ligne pour savoir que le midi ils ne servent uniquement que des "brunch" dans une ambiance de cabane à sucre avec du rigodon qui joue fort... bref pas ce que nous recherchions.
