What's not to like about La Bouche? It's a whimsical & fun place to eat in old Quebec.

It is always busy so reservation is recommended.

The staff are friendly, multilingual, professional but not clingy.

The food is traditional Quebecoise. The four of us sampled many dishes & all were very good. I started with the New Fashioned cocktail which is delicious. We enjoyed cheese plate, all quality. My wife enjoyed the pea soup which was tasty. I enjoyed a traditional meat pie. Friends enjoyed their varied choices as well.

This is an experience you should enjoy when you visit Quebec.

The food is classic no fuss Quebec comfort food. The host & many servers were accommodating with our baby. It was a fun atmosphere for our first night in town.

This restaurant is all about the food & drinks. Extensive culinary selections of pork, salmon, trout, beef prepared in savory sauces. Rich & sometimes a bit too sweet but worth the decadence. We had a 5pm reservation & the restaurant was completely full within 30 minutes. Lively, casual atmosphere. Service a tad in the slow but busy side. Very friendly & congenial. Price appropriate.

Had the meat pie as the main & the sugar pie for dessert with a side of ice cream, which were both great! I loved that they serve a generous amount of salad with the meat pie. Friendly staff & cozy atmosphere!

Such a cute little place! We had to eat & dash though because it was SO HOT inside. It was a rainy day so I'm guessing the temp control was a bit off but we were sweaty & uncomfortable! Service was great! Cute'chalet' vibes. My friend did not love his breakfast poutine, but the breakfast blt was good!

For traditional Québécois food this is the place to go . Not pretentious , good service & interesting ( but nice ) food .
Not to mention the interesting bathroom experience 😂
