A really long snow bar to cram in front of taffy in the year, a live private table in kitchen, a snow aquarium, picnic tables, musicians ... In short, it's damn nice trip to Quebec that you can not miss!

Good food, old cabin vibe, ear-splitting Celine Deon... 🫤 Brunch was good but we had a hard time hearing each other. The music was so loud I couldn't think. Very strange & off putting.

wow, just wow! We had the brunch. Amazing food. The crepes & fruit perfect. the bacon & sausage phenomenal. Even the toast was like a cloud of yumminess. The decor & vibe so relaxing & warm. Our server was gracious & checked on us regularly. BEST brunch I had had, this restaurant ruined me for anything else we have had in the states. Bonus was if we show our receipt in the shop next door, we got 15% off our purchases in the store. I bought a shirt & Keychain. Happy to wear their brand everywhere. Our tour guide , Jeff recommended this place. We will definitely be going back.

On est venu 4 fois en une semaine tellement on a adoré ! Les serveurs sont tous autant gentils les uns que les autres. Les plats sont énormes & bien sûr très bons, que ce soit au brunch ou le soir au dîner. L'expérience tire d'érable & l'ambiance de l'endroit rendent vraiment le séjour agréable. Merci beaucoup !

We went here for brunch. There was a short 5 minute wait & we were seated promptly by the very attentive staff. Our waitress was amazing! Very friendly, approachable & knowledgeable about the menu. Everything we had here was great! From the crepes to the French toast to the fresh fruits, nothing was generic; everything had a defining flavour unique to La Buche. The star of the show was the chicken & waffles... This is probably the best chicken & waffles I've ever had! It was amazing! We still talk about it. Overall this was a wonderful dining experience!

Incredibly busy brunch place. Despite that we had efficient & nice service & very nice food. The maple apple french toast was absolutely amazing & the added bacon was the best I've had
