"I recently had the pleasure of dining at La Bouch in Quebec City, & I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The food was absolutely divine - every dish we ordered was incredibly delicious & expertly prepared. The flavors, presentation, & quality of ingredients all exceeded our expectations. But what truly sets La Bouch apart is its stunning atmosphere. The attention to detail is impressive, from the elegant decor to the unique design elements throughout. Special mention must be made of the washrooms, which are truly one-of-a-kind. The design is unlike anything I've seen before - it's a work of art in itself! The service was also top-notch, with friendly & attentive staff who made sure our every need was met. Overall, I highly recommend La Bouch to anyone looking for a exceptional dining experience in Quebec City. Can't wait to return!"

Many people recommend this restaurant. We went there at 6pm to get a seat. I was seated smoothly. The servers at the restaurant were very friendly, & when they saw me pouring water by myself, they came over & said, "This is my job! PLZ Don't let my boss see you doing my job! & your job here is to relax & enjoy the food! His words made us all very happy. I am so sorry I forgot his name. Every dish was amazing & reminded me of that famous TV show, the Bear & Chef Carmen. Everything was wonderful! Even the decoration of the bathroom was a hit with me as a former architect. I highly recommend you to eat here.

The best brunch & even best restaurant overall we went to in Quebec. Make reservation few days ahead of time & you can come straight in to enjoy the vibe & great food. Highly recommend Sugar Shack that is a good combination with variety of food & 2 people can share one. Price is reasonable & very nice service. We definitely will come back next time!

The food was amazing especially the maple-glazed bacon. We highly recommend the experience of traditional French sugar shack meals reinvented. The free appetizer was a great start.

Decor was very nice & interesting, service was great. But wasn't too impressed with food.. tried the full appetizer set (comes with small portion of every appetizer on the menu), bbq ribs, shepherds pie. But I liked the free snack thing that they give you when you sit down - some fried pig ear & pickles (amazing). Highly recommended to make a reservation at least few days before, we didn't (because all prime time was not available by the time I tried to book) & had to wait 45 mins as a walk in because it's super popular.

One of the best dining experiences in Quebec City. Highly recommend visiting this place. They have a good chicken & waffles with the perfect blend of apple drizzle & blueberries. We also loved the pancakes. The place is a vibe in itself, they place great music , completely helps recreate a sugar shack experience with a modern twist. If you ask them for markers they will let you scribble on their walls letting you leave a memory with them
