A really long snow bar to cram in front of taffy in the year, a live private table in kitchen, a snow aquarium, picnic tables, musicians ... In short, it's damn nice trip to Quebec that you can not miss!

Highly recommend. Food is really great. Folklorik music was a nice touch & not too loud. We didn't wait long to get a table even though Quebec's Carnaval was going on. I had the chicken waffles - they were delicious. A bit pricey, but worth a try. Will go back.

It was our third time at La Buche last week, & it did not disappoint! I don't know how they handle such a huge crowd with such ease & efficiency, but somehow they do. The host was (understandably) a bit behind in getting us seated due to the massive crowd, but he was very kind & apologetic, & our server gave us complimentary mimosas, which we didn't expect but truly appreciated! Their customer service is impeccable, & the food was great. Everything came out in a timely manner, which was amazing, given how busy they were. I highly recommend this brunch spot & would love to go back again myself!

The food was outstanding! The Venison was the most tender I've ever had & the poutine of the day was delish! Loved the rustic vibe & Christmas decor. I highly recommend La Buche!

We have been coming as a ski team to ski at Mont Saint Anne since 2017. During the week we only eat at one restaurant & every year we eat at La Buche. We keep coming back over & over again because the food & the service is so amazing. We always talk about changing it up & trying a new restaurant & still end up here. Highly recommend.
