Come taste a new cuisine. Talk to your friends by mass worse evil book our spacious private room. Sip a little Caribou outside on our terrace or just lick palette draws side bar.

A really long snow bar to cram in front of taffy in the year, a live private table in kitchen, a snow aquarium, picnic tables, musicians ... In short, it's damn nice trip to Quebec that you can not miss!

C'était un déjeuner en famille. Nous étions 5 personnes. Pierre était notre serveur & il est tellement sympathique. Nous l'avons beaucoup apprécié. Le déjeuner a été servi en peu de temps & c'était délicieux. Les portions sont parfaites. L'ambiance était très agréable. J'ai adoré entendre des chansons de Noël en français. C'était une très belle expérience pour nous cinq.

Everything we had was outstanding from the trout salad to the French onion soup & the shepherd's pie! Sabrina went above & beyond to serve our table & even took a picture of us all together. It was a true Quebec experience from start to finish & we loved it!!

As a chef myself, I can tell you that the three entrees we ordered (shepherd's pie, purine & deer rack) were inedible & the bread had mold throughout it. Not sure how you're getting such high reviews on google.

We were really happy with the vibe, the drinks & the appetizer we got (deer tartare), unfortunately, it was all downhill from there.

We had to wait at least 40 minutes for our main meal, & people around us who arrived after us received theirs before we got ours.

We weren't checked on during those 40 minutes, not asked about any further drinks or anything. We ordered a tourtierre, which was supposed to be a meat pie, instead, we got a stew & a piece of pastry separately. The shepherd's pie was "upside down" & the meat was cold on the top. We couldn't let our server know because he didn't check on us after getting the food... He only came back when we "finished" our meal, asking whether everything was nice. We told it wasn't, he asked if he could bring something else but to be honest, at this point we were tired of waiting & getting unexpected food late.

I don't think I'll recommend the place or would be back here ever. The vibe is the only thing that I'll miss. That was great.

Pierre au service, incroyablement dévouer! L'endroit est incroyable, étant nous même de vrai passionner de forêts, le décors nous as donner l'impression d'être chez nous au chalet! Nourriture juste WoW, qualité, quantité tout étaient là ! Savez vous que l'on mot BON est le début du mot BONHEUR ! Maintenant moi oui !! On ce revoit bientôt ! Ma famille & moi avons déjà hâte de vous revoir !

We visited La Buche twice in our 3 day visit! Our kids loves the ribs & poutine so much the first time we went back. Other favorites were the meat pies & halibut. Service was friendly & thorough & the food was fast even on a busy weekend night . Wonderful dining experience!

We absolutely loved La Buche. The atmosphere, service, & food were amazing. My only suggestion is we feel the menu could use a few more options. The only things we really wanted to order were the Shepard's pie & ribs. They were both so delicious though. We ordered mashed potatoes with the ribs & loved that combination.
