We enjoyed our dinner here after the St Patrick's day parade. There wasn't a massive amount of choice on the menu. All of the food was nice though, we had a shepherd's pie & a meat pie, & shared a maple syrup tart for dessert

Nourriture excellente, service rapide. Pierre notre serveur a rendu notre expérience plus qu'agréable. Portion très généreuse & surprenante sans compter la qualité. Merci pour cette belle soirée.

Quebec style brunch restaurant. I liked the omelette-Grandma's, which had smoked cheddar, green onion, & mushroom inside, toast, & wedge. Like its name, it was simple & ordinary, but good also. As for Shepherd's pie, because I don't eat beef, I only tried the smashed potatoes. My friend said it was delicious but it couldn't have too much. The environment was so retro. Having a meal inside was soooo cool! Suggest to make a reservation because it is very popular.

Reservations were absolutely necessary as the Eaitlist was outside the Foor through the Holiday Weekend. The Quebeçoise traditional foods were simply spot on. I recommend the deconstructed Chicken Pot Pie. No Room for any Desserts. Must Come back!

Our food was exceptional. We started with the house appetizer & the scallop/pork belly & pea soup. We chose to share the daily poutine (Honey Buffalo chicken poutine) & the meat pie nuggets!! Finished it off with the maple syrup pie & the poor man's pudding!

The flavors are unmatched, decor is unique (the bathrooms are very nostalgic) & our server was wonderful!

Need more complete food descriptions. My husband ordered the "chocolate cake ". It was loaded & covered with nuts which he is allergic to. My maple sugar pie was as well. Nothing in description says that.
The halibut entree we had was fantastic though!
