The service at La Buche on both days we visited for breakfast was top notch. The food was very good & we didn't have to ask for anything, there was staff checking to see if we needed anything & tipping up our water & coffee throughout the meal. Our breakfast was delicious, my only regret is not making reservations for dinner as well.

Expensive but fabulous meal. Make reservations so you can skip the long line of people waiting to get in. We had brunch since it was more reasonable.

We were visiting Quebec city for the first time from New Hampshire. We had breakfast here 4 days in a row (Aug 9 thru 12). For at least the last 2 days, the very kind man who greets & seats customers remembered us. His enthusiasm in greeting us as repeat customers really made an impression. On the last day, he gave us a special treat (mimosas) & told our waiter that we were there for the 4th day in a row. We felt like really special & appreciated customers. Kudos to him. The vibe at the restaurant is very enthusiastic & positive. The food is great, & quickly served. The servers are very attentive & helpful. Overall great experience as a customer & we will definitely be back again when we visit Quebec City again!

Fantastic service, fantastic food, fantastic atmosphere. Definitely would come again, the poor man's pudding is a must order item! Reservation is recommended but the servers are also accommodating for walk ins too!
