very canadian.

we had a blast. the waiter was so friendly & made wonderful recomendations. rabbit "wings", scallops in bacon & maple, shepherd's pie, bison, & salmon tatar, & funky poor mans pudding. highly recommend!

We came for Sunday brunch & ordered the caramel French toast. It was amazing! Being very busy, it was very noisy & hard to hear another person talk. There were a violinist & an accordion player circulating, which added a fun element. The waiters were attentive & courteous.

Nous étions un goupe de 16 à célébrer mon anniversaire dans la grande salle, pour le brunch du dimanche. Nous avons reçu un service exceptionnel! Notre serveur était aussi sympathique qu'efficace & chacun a aimé son repas. Merci :)

Good was excellent but it ends there.

I don't know if it was an off night for our server & the kitchen but the whole dinner was put off by poor course timing & an inattentive server.

Our children's entrees arrived along side my wife & my appetizers leaving the kids to watch mom & dad eat 30 minutes later. Drinks were not offer for refill or to have another beverage from the bar without effort.

At one point the maître'D, clearing the kids plates, asked if we would like the bill, the adults mains hadn't even been served yet!

This is not a fancy restaurant but it does serve high end food with a corresponding high end price which merits, at the very least, moderately attentive service.
