A really long snow bar to cram in front of taffy in the year, a live private table in kitchen, a snow aquarium, picnic tables, musicians ... In short, it's damn nice trip to Quebec that you can not miss!

Cute sugar shack atmosphere, but we sat outside due to the music, & there. It was pretty, but there was a bit of a smell of dirty soap out there. Our waiter was great was quite friendly & helpful. My husband had BLT, which he said was quite good. I had poutine with a meat & maple gravy. I did not realize there was maple in the gravy & it was too sweet for me, but it is part of their theme.

Visited La Bûche for our wedding anniversary & waited nearly 1.5 hours to get in - very good experience - Tried the homemade smoked trout crepe with house cheese & spinach, & it was one of the best non-veg crepes I've had in years. We also sampled the brunch special omelet, which was pretty good.

Definitely one of the must-visit restaurants if you're in Quebec!

We were a large group (18) with very little French language skills. The food, service, attitude of servers & the rhythm of how the meal
Was served was delightful. Apparently it was the first day on the job for one of our servers & he, too, was terrific. Communication over email in advance was prompt, friendly, & professional.
Highly recommended as an excellent'Québec culinary/cultural experience'

This restaurant is a must-visit when visiting Quebec. The restrooms are also worth a visit. Very original! Hands are washed in a bathtub. The rest of the decor is also unique, including a Fiat 500. Typical Quebec dishes - very tasty. The staff is very friendly. We've been coming back for several years.
