A really long snow bar to cram in front of taffy in the year, a live private table in kitchen, a snow aquarium, picnic tables, musicians ... In short, it's damn nice trip to Quebec that you can not miss!

The staff is very nice & the atmosphere feels like an old pub. The lunch menu is less diverse, so would recommend coming after 5 pm

The food was really interesting & overall good. Service was extremely poor; the tables & restaurant were crowded & table packed in for a Monday evening. Our entire experience took less than 45 minutes from arrival & departure. Interesting, but not worth it. We had a reservation so our experience was scheduled.

Stayed one night in old Quebec & were struggling to decide where to go. So glad we decided to go to La Bûche. Very eccentric & cabin-type Canadian decor & warm atmosphere & vibe. Food was delicious & hearty. We tried the more unique dishes like the meat pie & beef patty & they were delicious. The atmosphere & service were second to none. Juan Sebastien &
Farida were kind & gave honest recommendations on menu items on what they'd avoid & what they hear great feedback on. Great customer service. We had the last reservation slot & were the last to leave but there was no pressure from the staff at all to depart. Highly recommended. Don't forget to sign the walls!

Lovely place! Very unique atmosphere, abstract & modern. Loved the messages written all over the bathroom walls; people are so funny! Amazing service. Our waiter picked up on the fact we spoke another language, &, being fluent, served us in it! He was very gentlemanly & incredibly friendly. The food is also spot on, meets your expectations for a good breakfast. Tons of options, plenty for kids, sharing, & vegetarians (I believe…). Do come here & meet the awesome staff!
