I think if it's your first time in QC, this is a must do. My partner & I were able to walk in a little after peak lunch time on a Sunday afternoon & we were told the wait would be 30 min, but it was only 5. Also, you do have to wait around as they don't take names/phone numbers. Highly recommend a reservation, especially during peak hours/seasons. Very kitschy & fun atmosphere!

We split pea soup, the meat pie nuggets, & the shepherd's pie. All were excellent & very filling! Also, staff were super nice & helpful when it came to answering questions about the menu. Food came out super fast!

On déjeune là souvent ses super bons si on veut vivre l'expérience de cabane à sucre ses un incontournable j'adore l'endroit le service est super agréable nourriture super & y du choix je recommande

Bavette de boeuf trop cuite!!! On m'a bien offert de la reprendre mais nous étions une grosse table & tout le monde avait été servi avant moi.
Un 7up & un verre de lait pour enfant à 5$ chaque c'est du vol…

Very nice upbeat place! The menu is full of traditional Quebecois dishes for visitors/tourists to try out, all made very well. Prices aren't cheap, but fit for the atmosphere & location in old Quebec.

Le service est impeccable, l'ambiance chaleureuse & la cuisine tout simplement délicieuse. Chaque plat est préparé avec soin & déborde de saveurs. Les portions sont généreuses, & les ingrédients semblent frais & de qualité. Mention spéciale pour le personnel attentionné qui rend le repas encore plus agréable. Une belle découverte, j'y retournerai sans hésiter ! 🍽?✨

Best restaurant in Quebec City…went for brunch & got the breakfast poutine, eggs Benedict & baked beans. So. Damn. Good. Ended up going back the next day for our final meal in Quebec & got the pig wings (ribs,) meat pie nuggets, the best french onion soup, & the meat pie with venison, followed by the poor mans pudding. The staff was great all around, including a gentleman named Diego. I will for sure be back
