Founded in 2001, La Fabrique du Smoked Meat Inc. has quickly become the reference in Quebec for smoked meat. Our secret: we use beef brisket AAA top quality, macerated, spicy with our natural spice mix and smoke in our artisan smokehouse of St-Isidore de Beauce. Our meat, which contains no preservatives, is then cut with a knife according to tradition by our master cutters. Result: a generous sandwich on rye bread accompanied our delicious home fries, coleslaw and a pickle. Connoisseurs will be delighted. For the most insatiable appetites, La Fabrique du Smoked Meat also offers you a variety of grilled steak grilled to the point, boudin, home through the delicious pork ribs marinated. Everyone will feast. We therefore expect in our restaurant for a fine dining experience with ease!

Travelling through for business. Glad I stopped in & had dinner. Smoked meat sandwich, poutine, & maple syrup pie. Bestcmeal I had in a while. I will be back.

Situé dans le quartier st-sauveur, nul ne reste croire qu'il y a ce restaurant qui offre le meilleur smoke meat au Québec, rien de moins! Même la poutine est excellente avec sa sauce & ses frites maison (vous allez même boire la sauce après). & avant de partir, demandez donc une pointe de tarte au sirop d'érable, vous ne le regretterez pas!

Great food. Service spot on. Excellent poutine. Was an avid Ash... fan. This is my new go-to place. Very clean welcoming establishment. With a great playlist, somebody took the time to create. Only con.... all Candien photos. It's in Quebec City.. how about some Nordiques photos.

Un accueil fort sympathique, une ambiance chaleureuse. Les assiettes sont bien garnies & si vous êtes comme moi fan de smoked meat, c'est un régal, en mode poutine ou assiette, bref , nous nous sommes régalé 😋 Pour terminer sur une note sucrée, une tarte au sirop d'érable super moelleuse... on adore 😍

I’m glad I went to this place with my family as they speak fluent French. I can only speak English. Fortunately the waitress understood I wasn’t able to speak the language & she personally helped. I ordered the smoked meat plate with the poutine & must say the smoked meat was really delicious. The poutine was more like a 4 out of 5. Otherwise, overall I must say phenomenal job 👍
