Founded in 2001, La Fabrique du Smoked Meat Inc. has quickly become the reference in Quebec for smoked meat. Our secret: we use beef brisket AAA top quality, macerated, spicy with our natural spice mix and smoke in our artisan smokehouse of St-Isidore de Beauce. Our meat, which contains no preservatives, is then cut with a knife according to tradition by our master cutters. Result: a generous sandwich on rye bread accompanied our delicious home fries, coleslaw and a pickle. Connoisseurs will be delighted. For the most insatiable appetites, La Fabrique du Smoked Meat also offers you a variety of grilled steak grilled to the point, boudin, home through the delicious pork ribs marinated. Everyone will feast. We therefore expect in our restaurant for a fine dining experience with ease!

Première expérience & pas du tout déçu. Service rapide & courtois. Le smoked meat est vraiment juteux & bon. Les prix sont corrects. Si je retourne dans le coin, je vais certainement y retourner, ça vaut le détour !

Always wanted to try a blood sausage & it was like liver, but better. Disappointed with the spaghetti & Ceasar salad, because the salad took up half of the plate & I couldn't taste the smoked meat. But they did have an English menu, thank God for that. & I ordered the white chocolate cheese cake. You can really taste the white chocolate in it, & it's not to much, a little heavy though.

On m'avait recommandé cet endroit. Malheureusement, énorme déception pour mon assiette de smoked meat. Portion ok mais viande sèche & qualité moyenne. Même le cornichon était mauvais. Les frites étaient bonnes.

I had an excellent experience at Fabrique du Smoked Meat. The food was delicious, but what truly stood out was the kindness & integrity of their staff.

A few hours after dinner, I realized I had left my bag at the restaurant - it contained all my cards & IDs. Even though it was already after closing time, someone answered the phone & confirmed that my bag was safe. They mentioned that our server had even tried to run after us on the street earlier, which was incredibly thoughtful.

They kindly waited for us to return & made sure everything was intact. I believe it might have been the owner who helped us - not entirely sure, but whoever it was, they went above & beyond.

I highly recommend this place, not only for the great food but for the genuine people who work there.

Highly recommended!!! Thank you so so much for saving my trip 🥹

The BEST smoked meat sandwich I've ever eaten. I'm 57 years old, I know it's the BEST!! Excellent, professional service & fast! Do not throw you out the door, so it's a relaxing atmosphere with repeat clientele coming & going. Do not hesitate recommending Fabrique du smoked meat!
