About

Founded in 2001, La Fabrique du Smoked Meat Inc. has quickly become the reference in Quebec for smoked meat. Our secret: we use beef brisket AAA top quality, macerated, spicy with our natural spice mix and smoke in our artisan smokehouse of St-Isidore de Beauce. Our meat, which contains no preservatives, is then cut with a knife according to tradition by our master cutters. Result: a generous sandwich on rye bread accompanied our delicious home fries, coleslaw and a pickle. Connoisseurs will be delighted. For the most insatiable appetites, La Fabrique du Smoked Meat also offers you a variety of grilled steak grilled to the point, boudin, home through the delicious pork ribs marinated. Everyone will feast. We therefore expect in our restaurant for a fine dining experience with ease!

Le smoked meat était bonne, mais encore mieux, le service était rapide, professionnel & attentionné.
C'était la première fois que j'essayais cet endroit, mais je reviendrai certainement.

Stationnement disponible dans la rue, prix raisonnables & une assiette délicieuse ! Que veux-tu d'autre ?

Le smoked meat est excellent! & prenez la tarte au sirop d'érable je n'ai jamais goûté rien de pareil!! En plus, nous avons été servi par la propriétaire qui est fort sympathique. Nous étions assis côté terrasse (fermée & chauffée en ce temps de l'année), l'ambiance est quelque peu feutrée ce qui rends l'expérience très agréable.

Delicious & tender smoked meat (ordered regular size & medium fat content). The "outdoor" closed section is great, well heated & nicely set up. Parking can be tricky, but we found a spot nearby on the street. The dessert was tasty but small.

Great local eatery serving smoked meat sandwiches & more. I ordered a jumbo sandwich with fries & coleslaw. Service was fast & friendly, food was prepared to order. For smoked meat aficionados, you get a choice of fat content. The fries are a shoe-string format, excellent for dipping in the mayo that is served with the meal. Prices are reasonable & my only regret is that I was alone for this meal. Will definitely come again!
