Michelin Star well deserved. Delicious food, amazing service, the perfect night with my love. Well explained wine pairings that complemented the dishes perfectly. We even had the opportunity to speak to chef. A perfect evening.🫶🍷🍽👀
Wonderful restaurant. Greeted by chefs as we entered through the kitchen. Knowledgable server who was also our informed sommelier. Amuse bouche & foie gras courses were the best. Two main courses were excellent but really the dinner's first elements were most creative. Chocolate last course also amazed. The wait staff were friendly, warm, & knowledgable. We & next table were celebrating birthdays & we kept hearing about this for them but not for us, which felt awkward. I often find that wait staff work more to impress diners their own age & treat older couples tenderly but with distance, but it is we who likely have sampled dozens & maybe hundreds of michelin star restaurants & have run ( & sometimes run down) the world ;-). Wine list impressive & our waiter found us a less common wine from the south of france which was special. Overall, a truly excellent restaurant which has a well earned star.

It was our first time at Laurie Raphaël & the one we will not forget! Very unique gastronomic & fine dining experience! Each dish deliberately crafted by a Chef... presentation - superb! Wines paired perfectly & also the selection that you most likely will not find anywhere else, carefully selected with a special touch & your special experience in mind! Absolutely magical fusion of local Quebec & French cuisines... sourced from the local farms & producers... with a very elegant & amazing preparation & presentation. Small dining room, very special experience. It may just become the most memorable dining experiences of your Life. Highly recommend. We hope to be back next time we are in Quebec!
This restaurant served my wife & I the best dinner we have ever had, & we have dined in some of the best restaurants in France, Italy & the U.S. We live in a serious gourmet food city, Santa Fe, New Mexico, but nothing has ever compared to the experience at Laurie Raphael. We chose a preselected multi-course meal that was avant garde, innovative & exquisite. I was given the option to upgrade a couple of wine pairings & chose to have a small glass of a $6,000 bottle of French Pinot noir. That's what kind of place Laurie Raphael is. You start by being introduced to the "brigade" of chefs in the kitchen who will prepare your plates. Our server was also the head sommelier. Service was impeccable. It was an absolutely unforgettable dining experience that never at any point missed the mark of perfection.

Une super expérience ! Le concept est bien travaillé, dès l arrivée par le passage en cuisine, le restaurant suit une certaine logique que ce soit dans les plats / dans le service ou même le sens de sortie rien n est laissé au hasard. Le service est excellent & le moindre détails de votre table est scruté. Nous avons eu une gêne car l établissement à côté était bruyant, nous avons eu la proposition de nous replacer sur une autre table ainsi qu un geste sur l addition, c est apprécié. Concernant les plats, c est travaillé & l accord entre chef & sommelier fonctionne bien, c est très raffiné. Nous avons passé une super soirée pour nos dix ans. Bon entre nous, on est français, & le fromage nous laisse sur notre faim .. Au plaisir !
Le mot que l'on a le plus prononcé ? "Incroyable" ! L'accueil qui passe par les cuisines & une salutation du chef & de son équipe, le service au-delà de toutes attentes, les attentions portées aux demandes particulières,... tout était parfait, nous n'aurions pu rêver mieux. Merci au chef de nous avoir également accueilli après le repas pour visiter les cuisines & échanger un peu avec nous.l en toute simplicité.
