L'accueil qui passe par les cuisines & une salutation du chef & de son équipe, le service au-delà de toutes attentes, les attentions portées aux demandes particulières,... tout était parfait, nous n'aurions pu rêver mieux. Merci au chef de nous avoir également accueilli après le repas pour visiter les cuisines & échanger un peu avec nous.l en toute simplicité.

The restaurant itself is beautiful & quiet, & the entrance takes you to the kitchen where the chefs greet you with a cornucopia of items you will be seeing later in a much more sophisticated state. The stonewear used to decorate the table is designed to add calm. Individual courses are described in detail & served elegantly. If you are familiar with restaurants like Joel Robuchon, Central (in Lima, Peru), or Taillevent, you will know what to expect. The attention to detail is exquisite. The subtle melange of tastes was delightful & fascinating. of course, an experience like this comes at a cost. Those contemplating a visit should be aware. A bottle from their Wine Spectator-awarded cellar may cost more than an entire meal at some very good restaurants. We thought the meal was worth the price.

Quite possibly the best restaurant we've had the pleasure of dining at, & we've been to many 1 & 2 Michelin star restaurants. After a warm greeting by the host, we were taken to the kitchen to quickly to say hello the chefs (nice touch!). The ambiance of the restaurant is chic but not overdone. We dined in their outdoor area & got to take in some of Quebec City. Our server was amazing. Super knowledgeable about the food & wine, & the whole staff was super attentive to every need. The food & wine were exquisite! The pairings were excellent & our server helped modify the pairing for my wife who can't drink red wine. It's a shame that Michelin doesn't cover Quebec City because this place deserves more global recognition. Thanks for a wonderful dinner experience, Team Laure Raphael!
Un service des plus attentionné dans un décors feutrés. Chaque plats est une oeuvre d'art où nos papilles sont mis à l'épreuve. Tellement de saveurs dans une seule bouchée! Les accords vins sont juste parfait & nous pouvons voir ici tout le travail à trouver les aliments équilibrés pour nous faire voyager en saveurs. Merci au chef Raphaël & son équipe. Probablement l'un de nos meilleurs repas à vie. Ne vous fiez pas aux étoiles Michelin, ce restaurant est le vainqueur de cette course aux saveurs. Merci.
This was the most amazing meal I have ever had in my life. They call it an "experience" & it truly was (one of the best!). The staff was amazing & incredibly professional. Every plate was obviously thoughtfully prepared & planned. The dishes were delicious & interesting. There were ingredients included that I thought I didn't like, but I loved the way they tasted & how the chef used / prepared them. The cocktails were OUTSTANDING -- they've hired a genius mixologist. They were by far the best cocktails I've ever had. The mixologist also had us sample alcohols that were made locally. He chose & served tea for my husband at the end of the meal that was so good, we walked an hour to find it at a local store the next day. I can't say enough about how awesome this place is. I've already told many friends in the States about it. If I could give Laurie Raphael more than 5 starts I would!
Superbe restaurant Ambiance très chaleureux Ce fut très enrichissant & nous avons aimé l'expérience. Tout était excellent. Mes hommages au chef. Service hors pair.
Restaurant chic & cela paraît. On se sent traité au petit oignon. Le sommelier connaît son métier & s'est très bien s'ajusté au client. Les mocktails sont raffinés, on est loin du traditionnel mix jus d'orange, jus de grenadine. Le travail de recherche pour les repas est bien fait & on le ressent dans chaque bouchée! Je le recommande chaudement. Raphaël est une chef cuisinier hors pair & le fait qu'il est pris quelques minutes avec notre fille à la fin du repas est une attention que ma fille se rappellera toutes sa vie
