Expérience culinaire sublime! Tous les plats offerts dans le menu gastronomique étaient délicieux. Le service est excellent. J'ai eu un gros coup de coeur pour l'accord avec cocktails sans alcool. Ceci a définitivement rehaussé mon expérience culinaire!

Nous avons apprécié notre repas gastronomique sauf pour le petit bémol suivant:
Nous avons choisi le menu dégustation 6 services avec accord mets-vin. Suite à une question très pertinente que j'ai posée sur un vin (nombre de grammes de sucre par litre pour un Riesling), la sommelière a semblé étonnée (ou perturbée?) & nous a dit l'ignorer & qu'elle allait vérifier sur Internet. Quelques minutes plus tard, elle est revenue en nous disant qu'elle n'avait pas trouvé la réponse. Par la suite, & pour le reste du repas, à toutes les fois qu'on recevait un nouveau plat accompagné d'un nouveau verre de vin, mon verre était visiblement toujours moins rempli que celui de ma conjointe... hasard ou représailles mesquines (suite à quelques frustrations)?...

Quelle expérience gastronomique. Service toujours des plus professionnels, courtois & personnel toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins & questions pour la composition des plats (oeuvre d'art pour chacun des plats). Une mention toute particulière à Marie-Andrée qui nous a fait découvrir des vins d'une grande finesse & sa passion nous a permis de faire une rencontre & souper inoubliable. Merci & définitivement un rendez-vous incontournable.
