It was a real charm to be taken cared of for a whole four hours of dining. The staff was professional, yet authentic in their warmth & all seemed to share great passion in what they were doing. Before I even comment the food, it's worth mentioning how inspiring I found the staff in their allure, including the chef & his cooks which greeted us at the beginning, & took time to come directly to our table for the first course.

The food opened my mind in ways which were dormant due to the pandemic. It was refreshing to consume, literally, what I wouldn't hesitate to qualify as art. All was in place to share a different story & intuitively, with the wine pairings which were magnificently original & unique, we understood the storytelling.

I recommend the experience to everyone willing to let down their guards, as your tasting borders will be met with the elusiveness of many classic & traditions re-invented.

Depuis tant d années que nous sommes de fidèles clients au Laurie Raphaël, nous demeurons & demeurerons encore fidèles. La qualité des menus, sa diversité, présentation & le grand respect des choix du terroir font de ce resto plus qu un incontournable. L accueil & la compétence du personnel rend, d autant plus notre expérience unique. Merci non pas de n'ois servir mais de nous recevoir.

Une première « enfin » ! Une expérience globale unique: de l'accueil qui nous entraîne aux abords de la cuisine, puis à chaque étape des choix à faire: apéro, menu, vins (accord/mets) etc. Puis, les papilles entent dans une fête qui tour à tour s'emballe avec la complicité de nos yeux qui admirent & « dégustent » à l'avance chaque bouchée si brillamment assemblée! Un tour de force réussi!! En cette 2020, nous avons tous voyagé, gouté, expérimenté bien des moments restos & j'avoue le moment vécu hier (23 juillet 2020), en plein COVID fut au final un baume incomparable!!!!!! Bravo à chaque membre de l équipe!!!!!

Nous en avions tant entendu parlé... c'est à mon tour d'exprimer combien il faut vivre l'expérience du Lauri Rafael
