Tous est vraiment WOW. Le service est continuel, professionnel & très agréable. Le personnel est très attentionné. Si vous avez des alergies ex: Coeliaque ils modifie leur menu en fonction . Mais un seul point n'aller pas là pensant que vous allez manger un gros repas nous avons prit le 6 services est c'était assez. Tous est sous forme de dégustation alors vous n'aurez pas une grosse pièce de viande comme plat principale.

Expérience exceptionnelle ! Entrer directement par les cuisines donne le ton à la prestation qui va suivre. Une équipe attentionnée, professionnelle & souriante (même derrière les masques) & évidemment une cuisine inventive, précise & incisive qui font que nous avons passé un moment inoubliable.

Notre restaurant préféré lors de notre séjour à Québec......spectacle pour les yeux & la bouche. On vaut bien ça!!! Petite gâterie bien méritée!!

Nous avons eu un 6 services avec accord vin & c'était sublime à chaque plat. Un seul bémol le plat chèvre tomates était trop acidulé pour moi sinon tout était parfait. Services excellent aussi.
