Belle déclinaison sur le crabe. Le BLT aux association gustatives explosives en bouche en particulier comme entrée. Les saveurs crabe-bisque-fromage Alfred le fermier du mac'n cheese était vraiment intéressantes, mais un peu simple comme met principal. la mayonnaise citron-herbes du demi-crabe m'a conquis. Quant au bavarois à l'érable du Domaine Small, qualifions-le d'un brin décadent, dans le bon sens du terme.
Une question sur le menu des fêtes: quelle partie du boeuf a-t-elle été utilisée pour ce bourguignon incomparable de par sa sauce exceptionnelle?

Délicieux festin de crabe des neige!!! Facile à préparer, instructions claires & emballages adéquats. Les portions sont extrêmement généreuses pour un repas de cette qualité à si petit prix. MERCI & bon courage à toute la brigade.
