Une expérience culinaire hors du commun. Que dire de l'accueil & du service... impeccable sur toute la ligne. Je vais me souvenir longtemps de mon 50iem anniversaires. Merci beaucoup Laurie Raphael d'avoir fait en sorte que l'on puisse souligner cet événement de façon aussi remarquable. Un pur délice!!!

Nous avions le menu 6 services avec l'accord des vins. Tout était savoureux, tant pour les papilles que la vue & l'odorat. Le service était excellent & courtois, malgré qu'il s'agissait de la première journée de l'ouverture. Une très belle soirée à répéter c'est certain.

Nous avons choisi le menu 6 services. Tout était original & vraiment délicieux. Au plaisir de revenir au restaurant s'ajoute le plaisir de découvrir des saveurs, des accompagnements nouveaux. L'accord mets/vins est judicieux. C'était copieux, j'ai trop mangé!

Excellent rapport qualité prix!
Les crevettes tachetées avec radis valentins & sa vinaigrette étaient délicieuses
Le tartare de boeuf & huitres était le meilleur jamais mangé jusqu'à aujourd'hui tout était bon savoureux moins aimé les bourgots qui accompagnaient l flanc de porc

Délicieux repas & très généreuses portions. Les saveurs variées furent très agréables pour les gustatives. Le respect de l'horaire de livraison fut très apprécié.

Si vous permettez une suggestion : utiliser un simple point de couleur autocolant pour identifier les différents contenants & y faire référence dans le texte du menu.

Merci encore ce repas d'un très grand refinancement & pour notre humble suggestion !
